Boiler Installation & Service Across West Lothian, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk & Fife

Epic Boilers is a family run business working out of Whitburn. Gas Safe registered, number 974235. We've never had less than five stars on Google.

Most of our work is right here in West Lothian. Bathgate, Livingston, Armadale, Blackburn, Broxburn, Linlithgow, Fauldhouse, Stoneyburn. If you're in any of those we're rarely more than twenty minutes away, so same-day or next-day is usually doable.

Sitting on the M8 means Edinburgh and Glasgow are both an easy run, and we're in both regularly for installations, annual services and landlord certificates. Same goes for Falkirk, Grangemouth and Bo'ness, and we'll cross the Forth into Fife.

Prices don't change depending where you are. An annual service is £79. A new boiler starts at £1,799 fitted. A landlord gas safety certificate is £79. If your boiler's packed in and you need someone out to find the fault, that's £75 Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, or £120 evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Either way you get a fixed price for the repair before anyone picks up a spanner.

Worth saying: when you ring, you're speaking to the person who'll actually be doing the job. No call centre, no subcontractors, nobody working off a script.
